High Denomination Notes Rs 500, Rs 1,000 Note Ban: The Biggest Ever Crackdown On Black Money In India

On Tuesday at 8 pm, when Prime Minister Narendra Modi started his first ever televised broadcast address to the country, there were a lot of interest among the people. This specific broadcast was not publicised  widely, as is the norm for any such message, nor was it preceded by some occasion that would otherwise warrant a prime ministerial address of such a nature.

Modi dropped the bombshell through his speech in Halfway, which Amit Shah, the current President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, later called as a “Surgical Strike Against Black Money”, surprising the nation and shocking a large number of people across the spectrum who had crowds of unaccounted black money. The PM announced that at the stroke of midnight on 8 November, High Denomination Notes Of Rs 500 And Rs 1000 notes would become waste paper.'' The timing of the announcement was really critical. By the time Modi ji made this announcement, most shops  shut down their shutters; in this manner, leaving no time for black money hoarders to engage in high value shopping like gold and silver shopping.

If we talk about black money, then this of the biggest ever crackdown on it; a shocker to hoarders, black marketers and corrupt persons of all hues and in all walks of life. The PM and other senior officials who spoke on the matter, highlighted that the move was extremely necessary as black money was being used to spread terror in India. They pointed out that millions of fake  notes were being smuggled into India from across the border in order to finance the menace of terrorism. When the PM and other topmost officials in the government narrow down on this terror financing mechanism, then they are not joking, so this threat needs to be taken very severely.

This is the collateral damage of the Modi government's fight against black money and this could possibly explain why Modi was so insistent on opening bank accounts for all Indians few months back. The move had its own benefits. As one can realize it, there would be no parallel economy in the country for the months and years to come and this was all done away with in one single yet extremely powerful stroke by PM.

What is Soul? Ability to Figure What is Good and Bad

The five elements from which the human body is made are: fire, water, air, earth, and sky. All of these comprise of human body and they are present in the fixed proportion. Describing it according to the concept of Hinduism, there are three traits of a human being that encourage him to pursue hard work and these are Tamogun, Rajogun, and Satvgun. With a soul in the human body, these three traits can be activated and de-activated depending on the nature of the person.
The human soul has the ability to figure what is good and what is bad. The strong compatibility with the brain is the life force of that wisdom. A human mind is never at rest and is always wandering, it has never known any boundary, and apparently it won't. The human mind can reach any depth, any height and it can even cover distances he himself could have never thought of. This brain prefers enjoying the best of amenities, comfort, and facilities.

This soul is one of the biggest guiding factor of a human mind and that is where its role becomes extremely imperative and difficult to carry out. It is only the human soul that has to act to step the human from committing a sin or an evil deed. It is evident that always the evil and sin has tempted and played with the human mind. The soul keeps it distant from doing anything bad. So it would not be wrong to say that this soul is the priceless gift of God and it is the ability to differentiate the good from the bad, of course, as long as the person is alive. And the moment the person is dead, the soul leaves the body and initiates its journey for acquiring another body.

You can understand soul as a kind of electronic chip of the human body and the mind is an integrated part of human body where the part of thinking or reasoning is always active. Thus the brain and the soul mix with each other well in human body.

This is one belief in Hinduism that soul exists but there is no scientific evidence of its existence. It is just regarded as the power source of human beings. There is no weight and no shape of soul. This is a kindof energy of God that enlightens us for understanding what is evil and what is noble. All you need to do is listen and understand to the voice of your soul.

It is never easy to do good and not turning towards evil or sin. But that counts and our soul would help and encourage us in doing good. Overpowering the temptations that arise in our mind is necessary for being a winner and a noble and generous life in front of God.

Plight of Indians – Issues Hampering Nation's Future and Success

Cleanliness of any place roots on hygiene rules followed by people around. There are countless corners, roads, places, buildings, staircases and vacant spots that require immediate cleanliness action. This is the plight of all Indians – Urgent need of Cleanliness and Hygiene.

Every now and then we Indians face terrible problems of extreme dirt and hazardous situations and foremost of them is littered roads and spots. And second foremost is the pollution in the metropolitan cities.
http://www.vasanth.co.in/2016/04/need-of-hour-for-india-avoid-temporary.html

Hazardousmaterial, garbage, and litter on the roads have an adverse effect on millions of passersby. An empty plot if left vacant for quite a long time, will be under the attack of nearby residents with garbage, litter and almost every kind of the waste.

Extremely harmful faeces, useless chemicals, and smoke chimneys are all contributing factors that will decide our generation's future in the long run. And we are pretty sure what turn their future would take. When it comes to cleaning, then most of us wouldn't bother to take any constructive steps in order to get rid of terrible plight.

Throwing wastematerial right from the dustbin on to the side of the road is usually what every family does. That is just to get rid of the waste in usually a faster way. People are more concerned about getting rid of the waste in any way they can. This is not a wise idea as believe it or not, they are dirtying their own ambience and that is what makes them more prone to harmful and deadly diseases.

One other health concern our country facing today is immense pollution. There are no measures taken to deal with this problem and even if they are taken, those solutions are not permanent. Temporary measures are not very effective and their results aren't long lasting. If certain measures are taken by the citizens in the race for beautifying our country, then it won't be long when our country will be among one of the most beautiful, and diversified nations of the world.

A car can accommodate minimum of five passengers including the driver. If every vehicle accommodates the passengers equal to its maximum capacity, then a huge amount of fuel will be saved, resulting in fuel's maximum utilization, the significant decrease in traffic, and less pollution.

There are some responsibilities of every Indian citizen other than the rights they enjoy. Understanding and implementing everything possible from your end is the only way to uproot these disastrous issues.

Dedicated to All Who Invest Their Life in Feeding Us and In Return We Have Nothing to Repay

Being an Indian, we all know how rich our country is. Not only the nation's history has carved its eminence in the entire world, even today it is making remarkable achievements in almost every field. And this makes us believe in India having a promising future.

But, we lack something and that has/will strictly hamper us country's success and growth in terms of standard of living – Ignorance to increasingly worse financial situation of FARMERS. The steps we take decides the level of respect we pay to our fellow citizens and what measures we take when they are in distress.

FARMERS

Farming constitute the major occupation of India. More than 65% of the population is into farming and this is the only percentage group that is unable to eat two times meal. Farmers grow crops that are used in almost every industry especially in the food industry. Getting three times meal and two times snacks has always been a part of our basic need.

But, an eye-opener is yet to come. Farmers, who feed us, do not get meals even once a day. Why? Because of the never-ending debts. The prices for sowing seeds, maintaining fields, and harvesting the growth exceeds the income they get after selling it. Plus the weather changes and untimely rain ruins all the crops, resulting in them going under debt, interest of which increases exponentially.

They are not able to repay the loans because of zero income. The misery could end here but No, it won't. Besides the farmer, his family suffers – no fooding, no education for kids, and future in total darkness.

The main issues is the lack of education and opportunity for any other occupation they can go for. This way their kids lack the future as they get no education and they would have to live life with quite a similar fate.

There are countless stories of farmers committing suicide and as their life ends, everything goes unsaid and undiscussed, consequences of which can be severe. Since the year 1995, the agricultural world has been facing grave issues and one of them is ignorance towards our farmers. Even today, everyday there are tens of farmers committing suicide and bringing an end to it is how we can pay them back.

Bringing norms, policies, and rights in the favour of these grass level people can help us deal the worse situation in a better way.

The Connection Between Swatchh Bharat Abhiyan And Indian Economy

Swachh Bharat Mission is a national campaign by the Government of India. Our Honorable Prime Minister of India Sh. Narendra Modi Ji launched Clean India Mission on 2nd Oct, 2014. It is a noble mission and our Prime Minister has appealed fellow Indians to devote at least 100 hours every year for the cause of cleanliness. Additionally, the Swachh Bharat Mission is a time bound project to be completed before 2nd Oct, 2019.
The connection of Swachh Bharat with the economic activity of the country: Advocating the idea of Clean India, the Prime Minister had said, "The pursuit of cleanliness can be an economic activity, and contributing to GDP (Gross domestic product) growth, cutting health care costs and of course a source of employment."
Development Of Rural Areas
According to a report, “ Almost 60% of the population of the State of Rajasthan defecates in the open” But, seven tribal villages of the Rajasthan are now open defecation free ( ODF) after Swachh Bharat abhiyan. These ODF- Maton, Rela, Nevatalai, Chanawda, Bansen village in Chittorgarh, Parasrampura village in Bhilwara and Dabok villages in Udaipur. Churu district in Rajasthan is one of the most backward districts in terms of open defecation in the state, but it is likely to become the first district in Rajasthan to get the defecation free status very soon.

Apart from the villages of Rajasthan, 11 villages in Koraput district in Odisha have become open defecation free (ODF) as about522 households of these villages have started using pucca toilets . These ODF 11 villages are Chandrmundar, Station Suku, Chakarliguda, Gandhiput, Maliguda of Koraput block and Doraguda, Jagamput, Bandguda, Sadam of Semiliguda, Khaparaput and Haldiput. IN the beginning, the response of the villagers to construct toilets was negative, but a series of awareness campaigns in the form of posters, pictorial presentations and street plays by the district administration made them conscious about the hazards of open defecation.
Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)
To achieve an enduring high trajectory of economic growth, a country needs bigger inflows of foreign investments. For the economy to grow by 7% to 8 % a year, there is a need to invest about 35 to 40% of GDP. Domestic savings fall far short of this by 10 per cent, and Foreign investments and borrowing have to fill this investment-savings gap. India desperately needs Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) under the present economic conditions. For example, Singapore which also undertook a cleanliness drive from 1977 to 1987. “Keep Singapore Clean” campaign helped Singapore to attract more FDI and transformed Singapore from Developing to Developed country. Hope Swachh Bharat Mission will do similar wonders for our country.
Health Care Secror
India loses approximately 1000 children every day to diarrhoeal deaths and open defecation and lack of proper cleaning facilities is the prime reason for these deaths. Also, one of the major root causes of illness / diseases is unhygienic conditions. Every illness has a financial impact in terms of expenditure or potential revenue earning. “Because of lack of hygienic conditions and cleanliness, there is a loss of Rs 6500 every year to each Indian or we can say a loss of Rs 26000 every year for a family of 4 people,” According to a recent study by WHO (World Health Organization). This is a big financial loss. After the launching of Swachh Bharat Mission, there will have a positive impact on the health care sector of India.
Without the support of every Indian, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan cannot be successful . We should not think What will I get. i have just tried to convey that Swachh Bharat Mission will financially benefit every citizen of India through this post.
